30 years of ingenuity, a century of STRONG

On October 12th, the 2019 annual Summary Conference of STRONG TECHNOLOGY was held in the conference room of STRONG TECHNOLOGY building. Lu Hanming, chairman of the board of directors; Dong Xiaohong, general manager; Wang guimao, deputy general manager; Liang hang, deputy general manager; as well as the management professional team of Guangdong University of technology, and senior management， have more than 40 people in total.

The meeting was presided over by Wang guimao, deputy general manager of STRONG TECHNOLOGY. Lu Hanming, chairman of the board of directors, affirmed the achievements made in 2019. Adhere to the development route with the characteristics of STRONG, be down-to-earth, be determined to innovate, continuously input talents, and gradually improve the system. At the meeting, Liu Yuanhui, a representative of the management team of Guangdong University of technology, first introduced the new management system including organizational structure and performance appraisal, and shared the whole process management experience of the management team. It indicates that a perfect management system can make the division of labor more reasonable, the grouping more coordinated and the cooperation more close, so as to make the operation of the company more efficient and competitive.

Subsequently, Wang guimao, deputy general manager, explained the 2019 performance appraisal of the equipment manufacturing business division. He asked the managers of all departments to base themselves on their posts and strive for good results.

Then, Liang hang, deputy general manager, made a 2019 business analysis report on the three main products of the mould new material business department. Said that in the next year, new business growth points should be gradually explored in the cross field application of mould new materials. Mould new materials have superior cost performance, and the brand of mould new materials of STRONG is gradually accepted by the public, which will become a bright spot of STRONG TECHNOLOGY in the future.
